Olivari chooses Tommaso Lipari for interpreting the new handles — The 2013 marks a new collaboration for Olivari, the one with the artist and video maker Tommaso Lipari, young Italian talent already appreciated in the international level.
Tommaso Lipari, born in Como in 1985, photographs and interprets 5 handles - designed by Patricia Urquiola, Javier Lopez, Rodolfo Dordoni, Penta Associati and Giorgetto Giugiaro - on the market since the 1st of November 2013.
Sometimes with irony, sometimes with a sober elegance, Tommaso Lipari can transfer the materiality and the intrinsic value of the handle for antonomasia, the Olivari handle.
The pictures will be added in the new catalogue, in distribution starting from the beginning of the 2014 to underline a focal aspect for Olivari: to open with decision, to close slowly.
