Cono is a door handle with a strong architectural character, developed through a design dialogue with Gio Ponti. The profile translates into form the diagram of forces exerted in the gesture of opening, giving rise to an essential and coherent geometry. The continuity between the rose and the hub generates a single, compact and sculptural body, which minimizes the use of material and strengthens the visual unity of the project. Used in the famous Villa Planchart, Cono expresses an idea of the handle as an element integrated with the architecture, rigorous and timeless.

Cono design story

Cono interprets the door handle as a single, continuous body, in which the rose and the hub become a single architectural gesture.

With Cono, the designer handle translates the gesture of opening into an essential, reduced and structurally coherent form.
