The historic building, built in 1969 by Marc-Joseph Saugey, is located in Barcelona named after its first owner, the Swiss insurance company Winterthur.
The building was transformed into a luxurious residential complex by the Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan in 2015. With 11 floors it is 39.3 meters high and accomodates 9 apartments, spa, sauna, swimming pool and gym.
The Radial handle by Rodolfo Dordoni, essential and without rosette, was used for the project, the evolution of the previous model Total.
