Located in the Sanlitun district of Beijing, the Topwin Center was designed by the HOK studio and stands out for its hexagonal shape, with a conical silhouette at the ends and linear in the center.

The 123,000 mq large building accomodates 305 InterContinental rooms, 48 luxury apartments and a shopping center with separate entrances for residents, customers and guests.
The Chevron handle by Zaha Hadid , with its dynamic and innvovative structure, and the light and basic Lucy handle by Patricia Urquiola were used for the doors of the apartments rooms.
