Luigi Caccia Dominioni

13 november 2016 — Olivari remembers with gratitude the architect Luigi Caccia Dominioni who left us last November 13 at the threshold of 103 years old.

21-24 november 2016 — The Big 5 in Dubai, the largest construction fair in the Middle East, surely is a privileged place for introducing the new Olivari proposals. In the edition of this year we have focused on the Guilloché decoration: not a new handle, but a new way of working on the handles, never done before, and borrowed from the high jewelry sector.

9 June 2016 — An eccentric anthology — Eccentric is a research project promoted by Olivari focusing on the expression of surface values. With these Notebooks, the company intends to look beyond its own lines of production with the idea of forging an ever-stronger bond between the experiences of design and manufacturing. Hence the name “eccentric”, meaning located outside of the center.

1 June 2016 — Guilloché is a decorative engraving technique done with special machines that, guided manually, generate a precise, intricate and repetitive pattern on the base material.

In an elegant and metaphysical atmosphere, with the arches creating the ideal scenery to communicate the Company’s philosophy and introduce two new products result of excellent collaborations.

31 March 2016 — Goodbye to the world’s architecture queen. Zaha Hadid, architecture protagonist and superb interpreter, passes away leaving a deep and indelible mark in the contemporary world. In 2004 she was the first woman winning the Pritzker Prize.
